Graduates are encouraged to connect with others and continue their work by participating in graduate level workshops and by helping create the Workshop. The Community Calendar includes the workshop schedule with date, time and location.

Workshop Introductions

Introductions are scheduled at the home of Eric and JoAnne. They are an opportunity for people who are considering participation to learn about the workshop in an informal setting. Graduates may invite friends, family, colleagues, neighbors to come by themselves or they may come along with them. All graduates are invited to attend on their own. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about how to talk about the workshop and answer people’s questions.


All graduates are invited to be part of the Team that creates the EE Workshop. Contact the Team Leader for the upcoming workshop to ask questions or volunteer.

Inside Team

Requires a full weekend commitment from 4:00 PM on Thursday afternoon all the way through 11:00 PM on Sunday evening. Team roles include Production, Contracting, the Tech Table, Training, Inside/Outside Liaison and Leadership.

Outside Team

Works well if you only have a few hours to give. Volunteer positions include Greeting, Setting-Up, Running, coordinating Team Meals, playing at Team Party and preparing, schmoozing and eating at Community Dinner.

One Day Graduate Workshops

One Day workshops are held from time to time for graduates, developing a theme from the workshop in more depth. These workshops are generally held at Eric’s home with an enrollment limited to 20. One Days run from 9:30 to 5:30 on Saturday and cost $125, including snacks and lunch. Check the Community Calendar for dates.

EE 2 Cape May

EE graduates are invited to spend 5 days and 4 nights at the Chalfonte Hotel in Cape May, NJ. This relaxed, residential workshop offers opportunities to work and play with other graduates, exploring a variety of themes including honesty, belonging, intimacy, shadow, freedom, support and more. Participants work in small groups and learn group skills as well as personal presentation skills. There is time to relax and explore Cape May and, rock on the porch. The workshop runs Monday through Friday in the last full week in June. The cost includes the workshop, four nights in the hotel and most meals. Details vary year by year. The Next Level

This weekend workshop, which runs Friday evening through Sunday at dinner time, offers experiential exercises, Arc time and time to be with other grads. The themes of Authority, Intimacy and Authenticity are explored. Offered at irregular intervals. Check the Community Calendar for dates.
